How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or by clicking into the "login" page. Follow the prompts to enter your personal information and you will be asked to nominate a password. If you have a Bardot VIP card be sure to enter the VIP card number and take advantage of our VIP discount.
What are the benefits of creating an account?
By creating an account you save time re-entering your information every time you purchase online. You will also receive notification when your order is dispatched from the warehouse. If you miss the notification you can log in and check the delivery status, wishlist or complete a transaction. Best of all, you can link your Bardot VIP membership to your online account and take advantage of 10% off full price items.
How do I change my delivery or personal information?
Simply login into your account on the top right- hand-corner and re-enter your new information.
Where do I enter my VIP card number?
You can enter your VIP card number when creating an account under the “Your Details” section.
I’ve forgotten my password - what should I do?
Click on the forgot password link next to the login button and a new password will be sent to you. You’ll be able to login to your account and update with a new password.
