How to shop online?
- Shop by category: Put the perfect look together and match outfits by using the left-hand-side navigation tool.
- Know what you want? Simply type in the product name, code or a trend keyword at the top right-hand-corner and the results will pop up.
- Refine your search: Too many styles to choose from? Narrow down your options according to your budget, favourite colour and size by using the filter on the left-hand-side.
- New arrivals in-store: Latest products are loaded onto the Bardot website every Friday. You can subscribe to our fortnightly trend update to avoid missing out.
Do I need to create an account to browse, add items to the shopping bag or use my wishlist?
You do not need an account to browse or to add items to your shopping bag or wishlist. Once items are added into your bag, it will be reserved for you for 30 minutes before it expires. You will need to create an account to save your wishlist. For further information on how to create an account please visit the

I don’t want to create an account with Bardot but I’d like to purchase online. What do I do?
Select items and follow prompts to the checkout. Instead of entering your email address and further details, select the express checkout with Paypal option. Please note, SMS notification is not an option when selecting this payment process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We do not accept money order or bank cheques. We recommend linking your Paypal account to your bank account if you do not have a credit card.
Credit card and ID verification
To reduce the risk of online credit card fraud Bardot may request additional identification such as a current driver license or passport, utility bill or any other form of identification that will assist in confirming the identity of the card holder.Otherwise Bardot reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund if necessary.
