We want you to love what you have ordered, but if for some reason you don't, here's what to do...
Bardot may exchange, refund or give a credit note (valid for 6 months from issue date), subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt
- Does not apply to sales items
- Does not apply to accessories, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear
- Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

How do I exchange?
In-store
If you believe you have met our return conditions you can exchange your purchase at any Bardot store, subject to Store Manager’s approval and stock availability.*
Online
Fill out an Exchange form and send your purchase/s back to the online store with the original receipt. Please download the
exchange form here (.pdf 141kb).
For exchanges requesting a change of size only, Bardot will happily cover the redelivery charge to send the goods back to you.
Should you wish to exchange the colour or style, please include your credit card details so that we may charge a reduced rate of $5 to send your goods back to you.
Alternatively you may include your own post bag.
We recommend you (1) use a traceable delivery method for all returns and (2) either insure your delivery for safe return to Bardot or declare the full value of the shipment so you’re completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake these recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during delivery.

Free denim return policy*
Buy and Try Risk Free! You can exchange or return full priced denim purchases free of charge.
If you would like to return an item simply email us at customerservice@bardot.com.au
You will then be sent a PDF file which will need to be printed out and taken to any Australia Post depot of your choice, along with your denim.
You must let us know you intend to exchange or return your order within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your PDF file.
Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions: Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached.
Returns and exchanges of international purchases or sale items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Limit of two returns per denim purchase.
How do i refund?
Refunds are available for Online purchases only -
refunds are not available In Store.
To obtain a Refund you must meet the return policies listed at the top of the page.
We can also issue credit notes which can be available in store or online. Credit notes will be available to use immediately online, however are available in store from the following day.

My purchase doesn’t fit me - can I exchange for a different size?
Bardot is happy to exchange the size of online purchases. For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange accessories, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear. Please contact our
customer service if you require more product information.
What should I do if I receive faulty product/s?
Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact Bardot immediately.
What should I do if I receive the wrong order?
We apologise if you receive the wrong order. Please contact our
customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
When will I receive my exchange?
When your item/s is received by the warehouse we will send you email notification . Your exchange will be processed in one business day. If we don’t have your size available we will order it in from store. This process may take 2- 7 days so please allow for additional time to receive your exchanged delivery. Bardot will send you email notification when your order has left the warehouse.
