We are looking for a passionate & driven Store Manager who has had retail management experience in childrenswear and looking to further your career in retail.
If you have had management experience at boutique children's fashion brands - we want to hear from you!
As the Store Manager of Bardot Junior, you'll be able to demonstrate your:
  • excellent customer service skills,
  • a passion for childrenswear with a love of children,
  • and the ability to operate a successful retail store
You'll be able to use your innate sense of style and fashion knowledge to impress our young customers and their parents!
Reporting to the Area Manager, your role as the Store Manager is to:
  • Take ownership of the store in all operations
  • Drive staff's performance by inspiring them to do their best
  • Drive sales to meet budgets and KPIs
  • Maintain store appearance and VM standards
