We are looking for an Assistant Manager who has had retail management experience in childrenswear and looking to further your career in retail.

If you have had management experience at a boutique childrenswear brand - we want to hear from you!

As the Assistant Manager of Bardot Junior, you'll be able to demonstrate your:
  • excellent customer service skills,
  • a passion for childrenswear with a love of children
  • and the desire to pursue a career in retail.
You'll be able to use your innate sense of style and fashion knowledge to impress our young customers and their parents!

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as the Assistant Manager is to:
  • Support the Store Manager with the daily operation of the store
  • Take ownership of the store on days that the manager is rostered off
  • Motivating staff to do their best
  • Meet store sales targets and KPI's
  • Stock management
  • Maintain visual merchandise standards
