We are currently looking for a motivated Store Manager for our famous Bardot Factory Outlet store.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous retail management experience
- A focus on providing excellent customer service
- A passion for motivating & inspiring staff
- The ability to work and remain calm under pressure - And a genuine love for fashion! As the Store Manager, you'll be expected to:
- Take ownership of the store in all operations
- Drive staff's performance by inspiring them to do their best
- Drive sales to meet budgets and KPIs
- Maintain store appearance and VM standards
